Above Levels of Performance

“Brent Huffman runs a tight ship in his service department. Ryan Zifko is an amazing Porsche Technician. Logan Pope has far exceeded my goals and expectations. Brock another service technician always makes me feel welcome every time I visit. I really appreciate Brock because not only is he an efficient tech he always makes you feel welcome and appreciated as a customer. Leyni Cruz really surprised me on my last visit to Porsche as she remembered my business and asked how I was doing. I appreciated Leyni in recognizing me in the service department. Trent Claxton in sales assisted me with trade in value information on my Porsche. Trent was highly professional and friendly towards me. Everything I requested from Trent Claxton was provided. I would like to add on a previous visit at Paramount Porsche I was in an extreme hurry due to a change in my schedule. I contacted Logan Pope my Service Advisor and requested if Ryan Zifko could perform maintenance on my Porsche. Without hesitation Ryan informed my Service Advisor that he could in fact perform the maintenance on the vehicle. To me this is the reason(s) why exceptional customer service should not only be extended to Porsche Customers. Every customer should feel equally valued and treated exactly the same way throughout the dealership. This is the customer service and customer care as a Porsche customer we have come to expect throughout the dealership from the Owners to the staff you represent your dealership on face value. I understand that Ryan did not have to go out of the way for me like he did. However I feel Ryan recognized I am a valued consumer who has been nice to everyone since the day I set foot inside the dealership and possibly he recognized me as a person first not as a customer in need of a service and simply was returning the favor. I do appreciate the service and staff throughout the dealership who genuinely value good customer as myself. We appreciate the effort of the staff at Paramount Porsche in Hickory to make sure the customers are leaving the dealership satisfied on every level. I appreciate having people like Brock always making me feel at home when I visit. The customer care of my Service Advisor Logan Pope who accommodates me with my stringent schedule with Service appointments always making sure I am taken care of in every way. The trust I have established with Ryan Zifko and Brock to make sure when my Porsche or Volvo are in for service that I am receiving the highest level of maintenance through their training and service. I trust them to perform the services on my vehicles. I depend on good people to ensure that what they say they are going to do they keep their word and follow up with your Porsche or Volvo customer to make it happen. It is a reason why I left a positive review on a Friday evening my busiest day of the week. I wanted to take a moment to show Porsche Corporate that truthfully these surveys matter as a report card to showcase how the dealership is performing. I would like to request a follow up phone conversation with someone from corporate to express my sincere gratitude and thanks to those who are performing on higher than above levels of performance.
