Just a note to express our gratitude to you and your team at Paramount Hyundai for the care given to us during our recent purchase.
We called on our way to the dealership to connect with a salesman. Our call was answered by Dylan Burns. When we arrived, he was already outside, roving the lot, prepared to help. We drove two Genesis vehicles with Dylan, who shared lots of good information and answered all our questions with an extremely high level of subject matter knowledge. He is a polite, humble, knowledgeable young man.
We left the lot uncertain of how to proceed, stopped at McDonald’s for a McFlurry later, and looked back across the street, only to see a new vehicle being brought out to the lot. We couldn’t resist a look, so we came back and ended up making a deal for it.
Dylan was great during the process, then handed us over to CJ, who is equally proficient and impressive. Despite the fact that the new vehicle wasn’t even logged into the system yet, CJ pulled together the documents very quickly and walked us through the final paperwork with confidence and ease. Both gentlemen stayed long after office hours to complete the transaction, and never even mentioned it.
I asked CJ if the dealership was run on Christian principles (based on the music I was hearing playing inside), he said yes. He showed me the book that you give each of your staff members and the laminated “Formula for True Success” card too. When I spoke with Dylan about it, he shared more about your weekly devotional emails and a recent local retreat you organized for your staff. Both young men hold you in very high regard.
We are Christians too, and I am an employee of a large Christian organization in Boone, so all of this was of great interest to us.  I plan to buy a copy of the book and share your ideas with my supervisor; I believe he will be interested.
So, we want to encourage you – Dylan and CJ are both delightful young men who are responding well to your mentorship and the seeds you are planting in their lives. I am sure they are representative of your staff in general.
