New Customer

Benny, I don’t know if you remember Dallas and me. We are now 87 and 86 years. We remember you when you were in college and you held a back yard Bible School in our backyard a little over 50 years ago. We also bought 2 cars for our daughter from you. This past Saturday, we just bought a 2020 Santa Fe Hyundai from your Hickory Paramount Hyundai.

My first contact with your dealership was by computer when I asked a few questions about a certain car I had seen listed on-line. The person who answered me back was Dylan Burns. We emailed each other back and forth several times over the next few weeks before Dallas and I made an appointment to actually go in. By listening to us, Dylan had 3 cars ready to show us. We actually test drove 5 cars that day, narrowed it down to 2, then chose the one we felt best suited our needs. The entire experience, working with Dylan was a joy! He was very professional and we bonded from the first time we met him! I would give him a rating of AAA. He’s a keeper!
